I have wagered on millions of rounds of chemin de fer. I began sneaking into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have gambled on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost an abundance of cash at chemin de fer. The casinos have made it almost impossible to beat the casino.

I still enjoy the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get flush with this method or defeat the house, still you will have a lot of fun. This method is built on the fact that vingt-et-un seems to be a game of streaks. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!

I gamble with basic strategy twenty-one. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I do not win again I wager the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the wager back down to the original bet.

I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very enjoyable on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quick. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Flamingo a few years ago with $750 after 45 mins using this technique! And a couple of days ago in Las Vegas I left a game with $1200!

You need to understand that you can lose a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be aghast at the runs you notice wagering this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a 5 dollar table.

Wager five dollar
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $5 wager

Bet $5
Leave $5 paid to you for a total bet of ten dollar

Wager $10
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the original ten dollar wager

Bet 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of $20

Bet $20
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the original 20 dollar wager

Wager 20 dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total wager of $40

Wager 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first forty dollar wager

Wager 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar

Wager eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the original 80 dollar bet

Bet 80 dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 160 dollar

Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 1 hundred and 60 dollar wager

If you departed at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!

It’s hard to go on a streak this long, but it will happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and lower your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
