Blackjack Is Like A Roller Coaster
Blackjack is a game that reminds me somewhat of a crazy ride. Black jack is a game that starts out slowly, but gradually picks up speed. As you ramp up your bank roll, you feel like you are getting up to the top of the coaster and then when you aren’t expecting it, the bottom drops out.
Blackjack is so similar to a wild ride the similarities are eerie. As with the popular amusement experience, your black jack game will peak and things will appear as though they are going well for awhile before it bottoms out yet again. You definitely have to be a bettor who is able to readjust to the ups and downs of the game because the game of black jack is choked full with them.
If you like the tiny coaster, a coaster that won’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way that you can enjoy the coaster ride is with a much bigger bet, then hop on board for the mad ride of your life on the monster coaster. The deep pocket gambler will love the view from the monster roller coaster because he or she is not thinking on the drop as they rush head first to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in blackjack, but very few gamblers adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that is just great, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster begins to flip and turn, you had better escape in a hurry.
If you do not, you will not easily recount how much you enjoyed the good life while your bankroll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a mad ride … your head in the clouds. As you are recounting "what ifs", you won’t recount how "high up" you went but you will be reminded of that devastating drop as clear as day.
